Information we collect
From customers and the people we talk to: names, job titles, business contact details, and notes of our conversations and work with you. From visitors: the information you submit through our website forms and newsletter sign-up.
Where it comes from
Mostly from you: through our website, by email or phone. We may also find your professional details through business networking sites and business contact databases. When we do, we tell you within a month and at the latest when we first contact you, and you can ask us to remove your details with one click.
How we use it and why
We use personal information to answer enquiries, to provide and support our services, to tell businesses about what we do, and to send the updates you have asked for. We rely on our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business, on the performance of a contract with you, and on your consent where we ask for it, such as for newsletters. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
Service providers who host or process data for us under contract (such as our CRM, email providers); and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We review the information we hold regularly and delete a person's details if we have had no contact for two years, unless we need to keep them longer to meet a legal obligation (for example, records of contracts and payments).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Email hello@staffold.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Security
Access to personal information is limited to staff who need it, protected by individual sign-in, and held with providers that encrypt it in transit and at rest.
